ISLAND OF OAHU

International Softball>>

*Special Event, July 2nd & 3rd (Friday & Saturday)
Hawaii United Okinawa Association International Invitational 14-Inch Slow-Pitch Tournament.
1) Entry commitments has been extended to May 31st 2004, so get the word out to all our members and put a team or two teams together. Remember, all the players do not need to be of the same club (it can be mixed), as long as they can play approx. 4 - 5 games in two days and attend the fellowship banquet scheduled for Saturday evening.

2) The Fellowship Banquet tickets are on sale ($12.00 per person, 10-yrs. and under no-charge). This will be an enjoyable banquet, and it will be held during the 4th of July weekend at the Rumors Night Club in the Ala Moana Hotel. Music, Dancing, Sharing the Aloha Spirit and Fellowship with the Tournament players, HUOA members, Family, and of course Friends/Guests. 
 *Remember, need not be a member to attend the Fellowship Banquet, purchase a $12.00 Ticket and you're In !!!

Bowling >>

The Mixed Handi-cap Bowling League twelve weeks of competition. If you have the time, go on down to Leeward Bowl every Sunday afternoon from 1:30 pm til 4:30 pm and support your club's team or teams and enjoy the fellowship.
*Note: There will be no bowling on Easter Sunday April 11th. Competition will continue on April 18th.
 

Softball >>

The 14-Inch Slow-Pitch Softball League just completed their third game of the regular season play due to some bad weather that delayed the league during its opener. The League committee has asked that all managers and coaches resume following their regular season schedule, and the rain-out games will be played on May 2nd. The league will not play on April 11th (Easter weekend) and April 18th. It will continue competition at Halawa District Park on April 25th.
 

Volleyball >>

The Mixed Volleyball League continues their competition at Waipahu High School Gym every Sunday 8-am til 3:00 pm. They are scheduled to play on Easter Sunday. So, if you got the time, go on down to WHS Gym and support your club's team or teams.
