Softball >>

The H.U.O.A. 14-Inch Slow Pitch Softball League completed their season mid June, and the Banquet was held at the Jikoen Temple. I like to congratulate the H.U.O.A. LEAGUE CHAMPION FOR 2004 - ITOMAN SHIJIN KAI (Overall League Champion). Consolation "A" champion - Gushichan Sonjin Kai / Consolation "B" champion - Haneji, Congratulations to all the division champions, and of course their supporters that followed them through the entire season.

Volleyball >>

The H.U.O.A. Mixed Volleyball League ended their season early mid April and a champion was declared along with a trophy ceremony at Waipahu High School Gym. I like very much to congratulate URASOE SHIJIN KAI for doing a very fine job completing among all the other teams throughout the entire season, and still held the position till the end. Also, if you have not heard, Urasoe is a repeating champion, they've been champions for serveral years, so I recommend that all the other teams to get together early before the start of the new season in 2005, and practice, practice, practice.

Also, please take a minute or two, and think of our men and women in uniform whom protects our nation everyday in a far away country, and hope for their safe return when their tour is completed (Bless The U.S.A.).
